Delete Your Account & Data

Applies to any account created through a Ventoryx game.

Option 1 — Delete in-app

The quickest way to delete your account and progress:

  1. Open the game and sign in if you aren't already.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile and cloud-saved progress from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, or want us to delete your data without deleting the account itself, email support@ventoryx.eu from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • The game name (e.g. Veloryx)
  • Your account email or in-game player ID
  • Whether you want your account deleted, or only specific data erased

We verify each request against the account on file and complete it within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted
