1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing ventoryx.eu or downloading, installing, or using any game published by Ventoryx ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or games.

2. Who we are

Ventoryx is a company registered in Lithuania under company code 307575444, with its registered address at Šilutės pl. 35G-36, Klaipėda, LT-94105, Lithuania.

3. License to use our games

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded them from (Apple App Store or Google Play) and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our games except where permitted by law.

4. Accounts

Some features (such as cloud save) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. In-app purchases

Our games may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items or currency (such as Crystal in Veloryx). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play, through which all payments are processed. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Acceptable use

When using our games or website, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
• Use our games or website for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All game content, including code, designs, names, logos, and gameplay systems, is owned by Ventoryx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

8. Disclaimers

Our games and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly during active development.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventoryx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to our games and terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of our games, and may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
