1. Who we are

Ventoryx ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile game studio registered in Lithuania (company code 307575444), with its registered address at Šilutės pl. 35G-36, Klaipėda, LT-94105, Lithuania. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, collected through our website at ventoryx.eu and our games, including Lumoryx, Veloryx, Tangryx and Prismryx.

2. Data we collect

On our website

• Contact form / newsletter data: the email address (and any optional message) you submit to be notified about game launches.
• Usage analytics: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referral source, collected via Google Analytics.

In our games

• Account & identifiers: a unique player/device ID and, if you sign in, an email address, used to save and sync your progress via Firebase.
• Gameplay data: in-game progress, settings, and achievements, stored so you don't lose them when you switch devices.
• Purchase data: if you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the transaction and shares limited purchase confirmation data with us (such as product purchased and transaction status). We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Diagnostic & performance data: crash reports and performance metrics used to fix bugs and improve stability.

3. How we use your data

• To provide core functionality — saving progress, syncing across devices, and processing purchases.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
• To send optional launch/update notifications if you've opted in.
• To understand how our website and games are used, so we can fix problems and improve them.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as retaining transaction records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate our website and games:

• Google Firebase — authentication, cloud save, crash reporting, and backend infrastructure for our games.
• Google Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting usage analytics for our website.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and payment processing for in-app purchases; each has its own privacy policy governing the checkout process.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and applicable data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

As an EU-based company, we process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the game/service you requested), legitimate interest (improving and securing our products), consent (optional marketing emails), and legal obligation (financial record-keeping).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights at any time by:

• Using the in-app Delete Account option (see our Account Deletion page), or
• Emailing support@ventoryx.eu.

If you're in the EU/EEA and believe we haven't addressed your concern, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and progress within 30 days, except for records we're legally required to retain (such as purchase/transaction records for tax purposes).

8. Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from young children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@ventoryx.eu and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls on our backend services — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

10. Cookies & website analytics

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies from Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to browse the site.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games and services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, communicated in-app.
